Main character Bobby Ridell, All American high school basketball player, all around nice guy, befriends the wrong person and is falsely framed for drug distribution. He goes to jail, then prison, and in the disgrace of becoming a felon, loosing his family and friends, and spending the next 10 years in prison for drug distribution, he contemplates suicide. At that exact moment he is getting ready to take his life, Jesus visits him in his prison cell, by way of an angel, and he is born again. He comes out stronger and a better basketball player than before, and begins his college and NBA career.
